Subway Adventure Guide: New York City

My first book, Subway Adventure Guide: New York City was released by Triumph Books in 2015. It's a handy guide to an oft-overlooked portion of New York's subway system: the more than 30 end-of-line subway stops, and the neighborhoods surrounding them.

Beginning in the summer of 2014, I visited every single end-of-line subway stop in New York City—more than 30 in all—to uncover the coolest things to do and fascinating historical tidbits, near each station. Readers are given the tools to explore parts of NYC they may have never visited, including restaurants, arts & culture venues, parks, and historical landmarks. Each chapter is accompanied by photos and maps for easy navigation.

My work on this project included researching destinations prior to visiting, traveling to more than 30 subway stops throughout all five boroughs, and writing information-packed chapters for each end-of-line stop. I also fact-checked the entire book, and worked with the publisher to implement edits and source images.
